  Whole Wheat

  Our trans fat-free whole wheat dough is prepared fresh every day in our dough-making kitchen. We use only the finest wheat from Canadian fields, plus 100% purified water.

  Gluten Free Multigrain

  Many Canadians are affected by gluten intolerance, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to enjoy their favourite foods. That's why we offer a gluten-free crust infused with flax seeds and brown rice that's also free of trans fats, eggs, milk, lactose and cholesterol. When cooking our gluten-free pizzas, we follow strict guidelines to ensure purity and avoid cross-contamination. Please note that our gluten-free multigrain dough contains yeast.   Regular

  This classic pizza base is prepared fresh daily in our dough-making kitchen. It's trans fat-free, plus we use only the finest wheat from the Canadian Prairies and 100% purified water.

  Charcoal

  Our traditional dough, infused with activated charcoal giving it a signature black colour. Same great taste but lighter and airier texture that makes it easier to digest.
