Ethically sourced and lovingly cured, slow-roasted or grilled, our meat toppings add a burst of rich, hearty flavour to your pizza.

  Pepperoni

  RAISED WITHOUT ANTIBIOTICS OR HORMONES. Our pepperoni is sourced from animals that are raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones. The beef and pork we use are also Canadian raised and vegetable grain-fed. We're proud to be the first Canadian pizza company to take this initiative. Honestly, it's the best pepperoni we could make.

  Bacon

  RAISED WITHOUT ANTIBIOTICS. Our bacon comes from Canadian pork raised without the use of antibiotics*. We believe bacon ‘topping’ or ‘crumble’ is an insult to the deliciousness of bacon cooked to chewy, crispy perfection. That’s why you'll only find real bacon strips on our pizzas -oh, and we only use the centre cut. *Due to supply issues brought about by COVID-19, we are temporarily adjusting our bacon to include bacon that is not guaranteed to be RWA. This will allow us to continue serving our communities without interruption. Thank you for your understanding.

  Smoked Ham

  RAISED WITHOUT ANTIBIOTICS. Our ham comes straight from Canadian farms. First, we smoke it to bring out the dynamic yet delicate quality of meat’s flavour, then we slice it thinly before adding it to your pizza.

  Hot Soppressata

  A Southern Italian specialty, hot soppressata is one of the most popular varieties of dry-cured salami. Its complex texture is rich in spice and bursting with flavour, making it a bolder alternative to pepperoni.

  Spicy Sausage

  Top your pizza with our spicy sausage, seasoned liberally with an aromatic blend of herbs and spices, for a punch of heat and texture.

  Ground Beef

  We source our beef from Canadian farms, and coat it generously with seasoning. Add ground beef to your pizza for a meaty kick of flavour and texture. Ground beef contains gluten.

  Anchovies

  These small, salty fish pack quite the punch for their size, so they’re often used to boost the flavour of several varieties of sauce. They’re also a tasty addition to pasta, salad dressing and your favourite pizza. Anchovies live in the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian oceans, but we import ours from beautiful Morocco.

  Grilled Chicken

  RAISED WITHOUT ANTIBIOTICS. We only use chicken from Canadian farms, raised without the use of antibiotics*. Our tender chicken strips are marinated and grilled perfectly before topped generously on your pizza, salad, or sandwich. You won’t taste anything like it either – we use a special recipe developed just for us! *Due to supply issues brought about by COVID-19, we are temporarily adjusting our Grilled Chicken to include chicken that is not guaranteed to be RWA.
