Pizza Nova opens new head office with a support and call center

Pizza Nova moves into new "support" office, celebrates soft opening of its state-of-the-art training facility and successful 2021 with founder and great food.

Pizza Nova celebrated the company's move to a new support and call centre, November 26, with an intimate lunch prepared by founder Sam Primucci at the company's new test and training facilities, also located at the new state-of-the-art building on Lawrence Avenue East. Prior to the lunch, Dominic Primucci, president of the company, revealed a commemorative portrait of his father on a Vespa, one of the icons associated with the brand since its founding in 1963.

"We're more prepared than ever for the future," says Domenic Primucci, president of Pizza Nova. "The new support office is everything we expected, and more. We are very excited to bring new and existing franchisees through our doors and spend quality time with them, doing what we love most - preparing delicious meals and spending quality time together."

The portrait's unveiling was a heartfelt moment for the Pizza Nova team to reminisce around its founder, Sam Primucci, who passed the reins of the company to his son in YEAR. What started as a bold idea by four brothers in 1963 to share the taste of Italy with Canada has now grown into a family enterprise that is able to share its passion for Italian cuisine with customers through more than 150 locations across Ontario.
