Veggie Toppings

Whether they're grown in the hills of Greece or right here in Canada, our vegetables are fresh, flavourful and sliced just before they're added to your pizza.

  • Fresh Mushrooms

Our mushrooms are grown on Ontario farms and freshly sliced daily in-store. They complement almost any other topping, and they're rich in potassium, too.

  • Green Peppers

Not only do green peppers taste great, but they're also an excellent source of anti-oxidants. We want them to stay fresh and crisp, so we slice them daily in-store.

  • Sliced Tomatoes

Tomatoes bring a bright, bold flavour to any pizza, but that's not all. They're also a great source of Vitamins C and A, and they help lower the risk of developing many types of cancer. Add them to your pizza for a burst of freshness!

  • Spanish Onions

Onions have been used for thousands of years in almost every culture's traditional cuisines. Italian cooking favours the Spanish onion, whose mild and delicate sweetness complements almost any flavour profile.

  • Italian Style Hot Peppers

These peppers add a kick of colour and spice to any pizza. They're small, but pack quite a zesty punch for their size. Use them sparingly to tickle your taste buds, or if you dare, pile them on generously. Just make sure you have a glass of water, too.

  • Pineapple

Pineapples are a tropical fruit found in many cuisines around the globe, and they're pretty popular in our kitchens, too. They're rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre, and are great for your digestive health. Add pineapple to your pizza for a touch of their signature sweetness and unique texture.

  • Green Olives

A little firmer and more bitter than black olives, green olives boast the same health benefits as their oil. They're packed with iron, copper and a distinctive taste that polarizes pizza-lovers.

  • SunDried Tomatoes

The intense, concentrated flavour of a sundried tomato is the result of how it's made. As its name suggests, sundried tomatoes are created when a ripe tomato is placed in the sun, which removes most of its water content. This practice originated in Italy - which is where we source our sundried tomatoes - as a way to store tomatoes during the winter.

  • Roasted Garlic

For thousands of years, garlic has been known as a valuable source of therapeutic and antibacterial effects - and Italians have been putting it in almost everything they eat for almost as long. While garlic is aromatic and packed with flavour raw, we roast ours to really bring out its best qualities.

  • Artichokes

Artichokes are a variety of thistle popular in Italian cuisine. Their dense and tender leaves provide a bold, earthy kick of flavour on your favourite pizza, plus they're full of antioxidants so they're healthy, too.

  • Black Olives

Olives are one of the oldest foods known to man, and we get ours from where they grow them best: Greece. Not only do they add a burst of distinctive flavour to your pizza, but they're also rich in Vitamin E.

  • Roasted Red Peppers

    Roasted Red Peppers

Our red peppers are roasted over fire, which is the best way to bring out their incredible flavour. Not only are red peppers delicious on pizza, but they're also packed with elements that help protect against ailments such as blindness and cancer.

  • Bruschetta

Bruschetta is a flavourful mix of diced fresh Roma tomatoes, slivers of red onion, roasted garlic and a blend of fresh herbs. You can try it on our Bruschetta pizza, or even order it separately and use it as a dip!

  • Red Onions

Though it offers the same nutritional benefits as the Spanish onion, the red onion has a different, mildly sweet flavour. It's typically eaten raw, grilled, or added to salads for a touch of colour. We think it's a pizza topping that goes with just about anything.

  • Spinach

    Sauteed Spinach

Spinach is a super healthy leafy green packed with antioxidants, vitamins and Folic acid. It's mostly water, though, which makes it tricky to retain its flavour during the cooking process. That's why we saut our spinach with olive oil and garlic just before adding it to your pizza.

  • Zucchini

Zucchini is a type of summer squash, and a staple in Italian cuisine. With its vibrant green skin and crisp texture, it adds a burst of flavor and nutrition to your pizza. Fresh Zucchini is rich in folate, potassium and Vitamin A.

  • Portobello Mushrooms

Grown on Ontario farms, these flavourful mushrooms are known for their dense, meaty texture. They're also packed with vitamins B and D -so they're good for you too.

  • Sundried black olives

The natural sun-ripening process adds a slightly chewy quality to the black olive's signature bold and salty flavour.

  • Plant-based Pepperoni

The first pepperoni alternative to be made with pea protein, not soy, and offer the same protein per serving (6g) as traditional pork pepperoni. Unlike competitive products, the Plant-Based Pepperoni has fat marbling and delivers an authentic, bold pepperoni taste, crafted with fresh spices, including whole pieces of fennel, cracked black pepper, garlic and paprika.

  • Hot Honey

Chili pepper infused honey. Made of raw wildflower honey from New York State and infused with Brazilian chilies - this honey is non-GMO and delivers on our Puro Promise of sourcing high-quality products that do not compromise on taste.
