Cheese Toppings

As part of our Puro Promise, we're committed to supporting local producers. That's why our classic pizza cheese mix is a combination of Mozzarella and brick cheese made from Canadian dairy milk. To make sure your cheese is as fresh as possible, we shred it just before sprinkling it on your pizza.

  • Parmigiano

    Parmigiano is a hard Italian cheese whose subtle flavour and versatility has made it a staple in Italian kitchens and beyond. It's granular texture comes from cow's milk, and it complements our marinara and pesto sauces perfectly.


    It's the one cheese pizza can't live without. Mozzarella was originally only made in Southern Italy, but today, it's the most popular unripened, semi-soft cheese in Canada. Our is made with 100% Canadian milk! It has a mildly milky and buttery taste, and because it melts evenly, it's the perfect cooking cheese.

  • Goat Cheese

    Goat Cheese

    Goat cheese has been produced for thousands of years. In fact, it's probably one of the world's earliest dairy products. As the name suggests, it's made from goat's milk, which makes it easier to digest for people with sensitivities to cow's milk. It has a soft, tender and creamy texture, along with a distinctive taste that pairs well with a variety of fruits, meats and vegetables.

  • Asiago

    Asiago is a popular cheese that originated in the Veneto region of Italy. It's made from grass-fed cow's milk, and has a bold, nutty flavour that adds a ton of flavour to pizza, and complements our classic tomato sauce especially nicely.

  • Feta

    Feta is a hugely popular Greek cheese. Although traditionally made from goat's milk, today feta is mostly made from cow's milk. Its mild flavour, soft and crumbly texture and slightly tangy taste make it a light and refreshing addition to pizzas with a herbed olive oil base.

  • Cheddar

    Cheddar's firm texture, earthy, sharp flavour and versatility make it the most widely purchased and eaten cheese in the world. It's made from cow's milk, has a slightly crumbly texture, and the longer it matures, the sharper the flavour becomes. The cheddar we use in our recipes has a mild to medium flavour.

  • Daiya Cheese


    We think every pizza lover should be able to eat their favourite food, even if they have allergies. That's why we offer GMO-free, dairy, gluten and soy-free Dairy-Free Mozzarella Style Shreds. It's certified vegan, and melts, tastes and stretches much like regular mozzarella.
